This policy explains what information Fashion AI Stack (fashionaistack.com) collects and how it is used. Fashion AI Stack is run by Mereyah Smith.

Information you give us

• Forms. Tool submissions and featured listing requests are handled by Tally (tally.so). Information you enter, such as your name, email, company and tool details, is stored by Tally and used only to review listings and reply to you.
• Newsletter. Our newsletter is launching soon. If you subscribe once it launches, your email will be used only to send the newsletter, and every email will include an unsubscribe link. This policy will name the email provider when it goes live.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the message to respond.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

Fashion AI Stack is a static website and does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. The compare feature saves the tools you select in your browser's local storage so your selection persists; that data stays on your device. Embedded third-party services, such as Tally forms, and our hosting provider's standard server logs may collect technical data like your IP address, browser type and pages visited. If we add a website analytics tool, it will be named here, and we will prefer privacy-friendly options that use aggregate data.

Affiliate links

Some links to tools are affiliate links. When you click one, the toolmaker or its affiliate platform may use cookies or similar technology to record that you came from Fashion AI Stack, so we can earn a commission if you sign up or buy. Those companies' privacy policies apply on their sites. See our affiliate disclosure.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, as needed to run the site, or if required by law.

Your choices

You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser at any time, or email us to ask that we delete information you have sent us. Fashion AI Stack is not directed to children under 13.
